What is a witch?
I figured the first place I should start on my journey is perhaps better understanding what even a witch is. What does a 21st century student do? Take to YouTube, of course. Here is a list of videos that I've watched along with some sporadic notes I've taken while watching. Ideas that stuck out or are worth remember.
A while back I also bought a humble bundle on witchcraft, when frankly, I was scared to admit that I might be interested in these topics. I will also post some notes here as I read.

- magic is expression with the earth
Overall Thoughts
I really liked what was said in this video. The person seemed genuine, enthusiastic and helpful. I really liked this idea of being an authentic witch is healing the wounded feminine in you. Good stuff.
Books
As mentioned above, I have some PDFs from Humble Bundle. Currently reading two from the bundle:
Spellcrafting: A Beginner’s Guide to Creating and Casting Effective Spells by Gerina Dunwich[1]- personal magic: A Modern-Day Book of Shadows for Positive Witches by Marion Weinstein
I guess I will pick out something else in my humble bundle.
Turns out this book seems to have some inherent racism in it. I think I will skip it for now. ↩︎
